Last Saturday Dan and Myra Doyle tied the knot in Virginia Beach. Everything went well throughout the day despite the raging thunderstorms we had in the afternoon. Once the ceremony was done, it was game on. We went to the Hilton Resort in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and we were there until midnight. Why? These people knew how to celebrate! I have never seen guests have so much fun. I think everybody stood up and danced that night and the music by DJ Bobby here in Virginia Beach was great.
This past Saturday I had the pleasure to shoot Ryan and Melissa’s wedding in Virginia Beach, VA. The day went so smooth that I actually had time to sit down for about 20-30 minutes before the wedding ceremony started. All the formals (and “not-so-formals” 
) were taken care of before the ceremony so all I had to do after was get in my car and go to Shifting Sands @ Dam Neck Naval Annex to get ready for the reception. I was with my friend Glenn Fajota. We had a blast with the couple and the wedding party; easy going people who made the whole process go by much easier and with awesome ideas! Enjoy.

I spent my day yesterday doing a bridal photo shoot at the Norfolk Yacht Country Club and Hermitage Museum and Gardens. Gillian and Carlos were willing to do a photo shoot despite the horrible weather conditions we had. We started off with a little rain but it didn’t stop us from getting these amazing shots. Gillian’s gown was from Pure English Couture Bridal House in Virginia Beach, VA.
As usual, I have a couple of engagement session photo shoots this weekend here in Virginia Beach. There is also another first wedding anniversary photo shoot coming up shortly.
I love being a wedding photographer in Virginia Beach because it’s a nice area and the couples always seem to be very social and fun to shoot with. I always look forward to meeting my couples and doing the shoots with them and it’s no different now for these upcoming shoots so stick around for more.
